Here we go again. If you think it feels like the SXM airline flight schedules are more like a never-ending roller coaster, you’re not alone. The updates to flight schedules into Sint Maarten’s Princess Juliana International Airport have been vast and ever-changing. And now there’s more news, some good, some bad.
Here are a few of the notable changes (click here for a complete list of updates):
- WestJet is scheduled to begin non-stop service from Toronto (YYZ) to Sint Maarten on April 29, 2018. Flights are currently scheduled on Sundays only.
- KLM has added flights to their schedule and they are all non-stop flights which will operate from Amsterdam to Sint Maarten on varying days in January, February, March, April and May. As mentioned, the days vary but there’s between 13 and 15 non-stop flights each month, with the most coming in March and June.
- American Airlines has changed scheduled flights from Philadelphia and Charlotte. Service from both cities was previously set to resume on May 4th but is now delayed until late August.
- Delta has cancelled all previously scheduled flights from JFK. They’ve also scaled back service from Atlanta, going from daily service to only five days a week through March. After April 10, 2018, service goes to three days a week from ATL.
