The U.S. State Department just announced that evacuation flights will continue tomorrow at Sint Maarten’s Princess Juliana International Airport. There is no indication of what time the flights will actually leave but you can arrive by 7:30 AM and no later than 2 PM.
Expect long lines and bring plenty of water. There also may not be a lot of information once you get to the airport. Remember, this isn’t normal air service that we’ve all grown accustomed too so it may be hard to figure out what is going on. Rest assured, people will be there to guide you to the flights when it’s time.
In addition, there are no pets allowed and no luggage. You can only bring a small backpack.
Be patient, be courteous, be kind, be thankful. Everyone there is in the same situation.
