There’s a lot happening in Sint Maarten to get the island back up and running. Of course, the basic essentials like food and water have been the main focus. Following is a look at just a few of the projects that have been going on around the island.

Getting cruise ships back into the Sint Maarten harbor will be critical to helping the local economy and the people of the island recover from Irma. The Sint Maarten government announced earlier this week that the first cruise ship will be able to dock in the harbor as early as November 11.

Let’s hope the timeshare compmies had insurance And use the money to repair the damage so all the timeshare in owners can come back and help support the island. The airlines also have to cooperate and not having astronomical fares .
